BORIC ACID FREE ZINC PLATING

GTZ'S ULTRABRITE 582 SYSTEM

BORIC ACID FREE ACID ZINC : A COST CUTTING PROCESS

Boric free acid zinc process is a new development in zinc plating process . Boric free process is similar process like normal acid zinc plating process . Boric acid free process is the mixed chloride process . This process have excellent throwing power compare to acid zinc plating process especially in LCD covering. This process have some following features :

     ¨      Excellent throwing power.

¨     Good coverage.

¨     Can be operated even at high temperature.

¨     Very good process for both rack and barrel.

¨     Minimum mist formation.

¨     No boron in the effluent.

¨     High chrome receptivity for all types of chromates.

¨     Low foaming in Rack plating.

¨     Very stable ph compare to acid zinc plating.

¨     permits use of a higher current density range and maximizes deposit uniformity.

¨     Reduce the production time and increase the production.

Boric acid free is very cost effective process compare to acid zinc plating.
